Event Space QUESTIONS

What is the location of the event space?

We are located at Winston Churchill and Hwy 401

What is the Sq ft. of the event space?

The event space is 1400 sqft

What is you max capacity?

Although our packages are for 60 guests our max capacity is 80 guests. Additional guests over the 60 guests are at an extra cost.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there is parking both in front of the building and at the back of the building

Is there a kitchen?

No, we do not have a full-size kitchen but we do have a kitchenette with a full-size fridge, sink and prep area

BOOKING QUESTIONS

What are the available time slots availAble?

We currently offer two-time slots. Morning time slots 11 am - 4 pm and Evening time slots are 6 pm - 12 am. Morning slots can be earlier if needed and the evening time slot can be extended to 2 am with an additional charge. For packages with 4-hour length you can select your 4 hours within each time slot.

What is needed to book the event space?

You will need 50% down and 50% 7 days prior to the event date. You will also need to purchase event insurance or provide a security deposit. No date is secured without any of these things in place.

What is the cost of your packages?

The cost of renting our banquet hall depends on several factors such as the number of guests, and the services you require. Please contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific event needs through our booking form or email

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes, We do allow outside catering from any vendor

Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes you can. External vendors will be allowed to come during your booking time

Do you allow alcohol?

Yes, we do allow alcohol but you will need to get a liquor license from the agco. All alcohol must be purchased from the LCBO or Beer Store.
